Peace, miracles, and great things you’ve never experienced before!
Today there are many fascinating stories about people meeting with Jesus. That’s how it was 2000 years ago when He walked around on the earth too. The streets were filled with people coming to see Him, and everyone who saw Him could tell tales of incredible things. Miraculously, Jesus healed all kinds of diseases and dramatically set people free. The people who saw these things were amazed and said things like; ”We’ve never seen anything like this!”
It’s the same today. If you go on YouTube and search ”Jesus Testimony,” you get countless videos of ordinary people who have invited Jesus into their lives telling about the really great things that have happened to them. The testimonies are all different, but they all have one thing in common: they are always stories of freedom. It can be freedom from addiction and drugs, from fear and anxiety or from disease and pain. But people who have met Jesus always tell of a transformed life.
The stories are great but the most important and greatest thing that Jesus gives us is even greater than that. Whoever commits his life to Him and makes Him Lord will be forgiven his sin and have eternal life with God our Father in heaven. Jesus took the punishment for all our sins when He died on the cross. By doing so He paid the debt of our sins forever and ever. The Bible says, ”The punishment was put on Him so that we might have peace, and through His wounds we are healed.”
Whoever turns to Jesus and prays a prayer asking for forgiveness will be reconciled with God. What an almost unimaginably great deliverance: a deliverance from eternal death and a deliverance into eternal life with God in heaven!
If you, who are reading this text, would like to share life with Jesus and the liberation that it brings, it is not more difficult than that you turn to Him in prayer, confess your sin and invite Jesus to be Lord of your life. In the same moment, you are forgiven and a new life begins. So don’t hesitate, take the step, why wait?
Jesus extends His hand to you and says: Come!
